Shipping Policy

Holiday Advisory & Covid 19 Update

 

We work our hardest to support your needs but know that our fulfillment times and carrier shipping estimates can change based on various factors, such as shipping delays, unexpected technical difficulties, or harsh weather. Purchases completed before the included dates are expected to arrive at their destinations before Christmas. Due to the global uncertainty (shipping carriers experiencing operational problems, complications related to COVID-19, etc.), please consider these dates as recommendations rather than rules. Furthermore, this data might be updated based on the newest information from shipping carriers and our partners. So, please return regularly to stay in the loop.

General Shipping Policy 

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, 

no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States every day, 

and we strive to provide you with services of the highest level.

 

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Order Processing time: 1-2 Business Days

Parcel Shipping time: 2-5 business days

When you check out, our system will calculate the shipping fee in different shipping methods based on the weight of your order. (Please keep in mind that a few of our items require additional ship time so please read the product descriptions fully to avoid delays)

After the payment is confirmed, 

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. 

Please note that this does not include holidays or weekends.

 

Once the order is well prepared it then will leave our warehouse in Missouri

 

We ship all orders via USPS (MAINLY), UPS, DHL, or FedEx after 12:00 PM (EST) each day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via one of these services.  

Delivery time: 

For US Orders: Approximately 2-5 business days  

For International Orders: Approximately 8-15 business days.

Amaurie LLC does not take responsibility for orders delivered to freight forwarding services

Shipping Policies: 

All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our shipping center. 

 

Domestic Orders: 

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments after an order has been processed. So please verify that your shipping address is accurate prior to finalize your order. Amaurie LLC is not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. Please attempt to contact Customer Service at contact@amaurie.com with your correct shipping address before your order is processed. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address.  

Order Processing Times: 

Please allow 3 business days to process your order, all orders received after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is approximately 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will be processed within the following 2 business days. All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 day service, not guaranteed). This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our shipping center. 

International:

 

All packages, unless otherwise noted, are processed with shipping via United States Postal Service Priority International or Express Mail International. Tracking numbers are given, but the postal service does not typically allow tracking of this number until the package has been delivered. Please note that minor adjustments to the shipping rate may be required depending upon the country of shipment and the current United States Postal Service shipping rates. The purchaser is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from purchasers. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure that their respective Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to their country and what the duties and/or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide refunds on shipments that are refused by customs or by the recipient, due to regulations, taxes, and/or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned and received by us, we cannot issue a refund. 

 

Canadian Customers: 

Canada Customs requires that Canadian recipients pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. 

Incorrect Shipping Information: 

If a package is returned to Amaurie LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as, any reshipment fees. Amaurie LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if the address incorrect in any way, shape or form.  

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Amaurie LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Amaurie LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information and will provide this information for the customer to investigate with the shipping service.  

Damaged Product or Incorrect Orders: 

Amaurie LLC is not responsible if you receive damaged merchandise or an order that you feel was processed or filled incorrectly. You must contact Customer Service via email within 7 days of placing your order, so we may attempt to correct any issues with your order. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order. 

Out of Stock or Backordered Items: 

Due to high demand, our products may go on back order. While we strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment, this may not always be the case. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you. 

Shipping & Returns

Return & Exchange Policy

Consumer safety is extremely important to us and due to the nature of our products, we cannot re-stock them after they leave our facility since we cannot guarantee contents have not been compromised. Thus, all sales are final.  If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via  email at returns@amaurie.com within 3 business days from order delivery for assistance. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment and may take up 10-15 business days to complete, depending on your card's issuing bank. Please note that we can only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website. 

We accept returns, for a full refund not including shipping costs send back within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Before you return, please send an email to Customer service at shop@amaurie.com (please add RETURN in the subject line), within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Include your order number and the reason you want to return the item please choose one of the following:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Dissatisfaction (please explain)


A Customer service specialist will reply to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and send you shipping instructions for returning the item.

Refunds are processed in 10-15 business days of our receiving your return and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within two billing cycles.
