Do you accept returns and if so what is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping cost. To initiate a return, please send an email to returns@amaurie.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment, with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include your order number and the reason for the return, which can be one of the following: damaged, incorrect item shipped, or dissatisfaction (please provide an explanation & image). A customer service specialist will respond to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within two billing cycles. Please note that we only process returns for items purchased from Amaurie.com.
