    Our products are made with 95% natural ingredients, except for a secret fragrance oil that is protected by a patent. We developed our line for people who want healthy, long-lasting hair. Our products are suitable for both relaxed and chemically treated hair, and they provide the extra moisture and hydration that damaged hair needs. We only use high-quality, natural, and organic ingredients in our products because we believe that they lead to better results and are better for overall health.
  • Can your hair products be used on children?
    Our products, which are made with pure, natural, and organic ingredients and do not contain any harmful chemicals, can be used on children. However, we recommend testing small amounts on infants and toddlers with sensitive scalps to ensure that they do not have any adverse reactions to the pure, organic ingredients. This will help you determine whether their scalps can tolerate the organic ingredients.
  • Will Amaurie Haircare products alter the texture of my natural hair?
    Our products will not alter the texture of your natural hair. They do not contain any chemicals that can permanently straighten or loosen your hair, and they can be easily washed out.
  • Do your products contain any silicones?
    Our products do not contain parabens or silicone.
  • Are your products just for African Americans?
    While our products were specifically formulated for natural hair, they are suitable for all hair types and ethnicities. We created our line with the goal of promoting the health and maintenance of natural hair, and our customers can trust that our products are formulated with their well-being in mind.
  • Do you offer samples of your products?
    We are not able to provide free samples on a regular basis. However, we do occasionally offer free samples as a gift with orders, so be sure to check your shipment.     Yes, the Amaurie hair line is designed to help restore moisture to hair that has been chemically treated, such as with a relaxer or texturizer. These treatments can strip hair of moisture, and our products can help replace it.
  • Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?
    Our products are made with natural and organic ingredients and do not contain any harmful chemicals. However, the consistency and scent of the products may vary slightly due to the nature of the natural and organic ingredients.
  • What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?
    If you experience a reaction to one of our products, we recommend that you stop using it immediately and consult with your physician. Your doctor can provide more information on the specific ingredient that may have caused the reaction.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    Amaurie LLC does not engage in animal testing, and we are proud to be cruelty-free.
  • How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

    You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive via the shipping confirmation.
  • Which carrier will deliver my package?
    Most deliveries are handled by UPS. FedEx and USPS will sometimes be used depending on the destination.
  • Do you ship to APO AE addresses?
    Yes, we will ship to members of the US Military at APO AE mailboxes.
  • Will You Ship to PO Boxes?
    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes, we ship internationally.
  • Is there any other way to order your products besides over the internet?
    At this time online orders are the best method to reaching our customer, as we scale our company more option will be set in place.
  • Do you accept returns and if so what is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the shipping cost. To initiate a return, please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your shipment, with "RETURN" in the subject line. Include your order number and the reason for the return, which can be one of the following: damaged, incorrect item shipped, or dissatisfaction (please provide an explanation & image). A customer service specialist will respond to your message, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, and provide instructions for returning the item. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within two billing cycles.
